Leading the way is Adi Jaya, "...with over 30 years of experience across Southeast Asia and beyond have given me a unique perspective, recognizing the critical balance between innovative technology and the irreplaceable power of human connection.
My journey began at Amanresorts, where I honed my hospitality skills at prestigious locations like Amandari Bali, Amanjiwo Central Java, Amanresorts Indonesia, and Amankora Bhutan. I was fortunate to further expand my expertise in the Marketing & Reservations office for Amanresorts worldwide in Singapore and Amanresorts Indonesia, also contributing to several Aman's pre-opening projects like the Umaid Bhawan Palace in India and Amankora in Bhutan.
My diverse portfolio extends beyond Amanresorts to include international luxury chains like Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay Bali and Hilton Bali, as well as renowned boutique havens like Alila Kirimaya Kao Yai and Alila Luang Prabang. I also cultivated experience in smaller, distinguished hotels and resorts, such as Alila 3 Nagas, Shintamani Luang Prabang, Dream Hotel Bangkok, Plantation Urban Resort, Penh House Phnom Penh, and Amber Kampot in Cambodia.
As the helm of Amber Hotel Management, my focus has been on leading the creation and operation of luxury boutique hotels, drawing on my expertise in hotel openings and luxury management. During my four-year tenure, I've overseen projects from concept to construction, pre-opening, and ongoing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitability."

Her Business Management degree, with a focus on Consumer Behavior and Public Relations, empowers her to not only understand consumer psychology but also translate it into winning market development strategies.
Lea excels at positioning brands, particularly those from emerging regions, for global success. She leverages her expertise to craft market development strategies that are laser-focused on target audiences. This includes developing effective sales strategies, driving successful business development initiatives, and crafting compelling PR campaigns that resonate deeply with consumers. Ultimately, Lea's work delivers significant results and propels brands towards market leadership.

A passionate advocate for holistic well-being, Lea possesses a deep understanding of aromatherapy, pain relief, and skincare. Working closely with brands as Decleor, Sisley, La Mer in Europe and South East Asia, founder of Lifestyle cosmetic brand Pilla, Beauty Atelier.
Her expertise extends beyond treatments. Lea excels at crafting customized cosmetic products that perfectly complement a spa's unique concept. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to innovation, she creates personalized strategic plans to ensure a spa aligns with the property's vision while maximizing revenue streams.
